Recommend it for solo adventures
The food was fantastic, I got a steak on the stone and it was the real deal, just had a little trouble with it sticking but it added a challenge I guess. The staff were real friendly, made me feel at home, like they were looking out for me, especially when I misordered breakfast but they got it sorted out quickly.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but definitely reasonable for what you get.

The stay was particularly memorable due to the charming ambiance and the impressive dining experience. I enjoyed the cooked breakfast, which was a highlight of my morning, and the atmosphere in the lounge during dinner was delightful, with tasty food that complemented the old-fashioned charm of the venue. the noise from the entertainment nearby was a bit distracting at times, which detracted from the overall relaxation of the visit.

Cozy stay with tasty eats
We had a comfy twin room with a great fan to cool us down. Breakfast was awesomely diverse, with yummy gluten-free muffins. The Keltic bar next door served mouthwatering food, especially the locally made gin! Only thing was, we heard some noise from the lift nearby, which was a bit distracting during the night.

The standard triple room felt outdated, lacking a bedside plug and air conditioning. I had an unfortunate view of a dirty flat roof. During breakfast, service seemed disorganized. basic items like butter or milk weren't readily available, and my order took too long to arrive. I noticed the cleanliness of some tableware wasn't up to par considering previous visits. the dining experience wasn't as smooth as expected, especially compared to the hotel's other offerings.
